Started April 2025 as a hobby project exploring AI identity persistence. Ten months later: 95 repositories, 9 architectural layers, a consumer product (Active Mirror), and infrastructure that runs daily on dedicated hardware.

Solo founder. No team. No funding. No investors. Just one person with a thesis about what AI infrastructure should look like when you actually own it.

The Thesis

"What does a company look like when the founder is the only human and the entire operation runs on orchestrated AI?"

Traditional companies scale by hiring humans. That model has limits: communication overhead, coordination costs, alignment drift. The alternative is orchestration — directing AI systems that execute coherently across domains without the overhead of human management.

This isn't about replacing humans. It's about a single human amplifying their capability by 10x, 100x, through systems that actually work for them.

The Shift: CEO → Orchestrator

The CEO model assumes you manage people who execute. The Orchestrator model assumes you direct AI systems that execute — and those systems need:

• Persistent identity — so they remember who you are and what you're building
• Truth-state enforcement — so they don't invent facts or hallucinate
• Deterministic governance — so errors block rather than allow
• Vault-backed memory — so they defer to what's real, not what's generated

MirrorDNA is the infrastructure that makes Orchestrator mode possible.

Why Sovereign

Control over convenience. Privacy over platforms. Ownership over APIs.

When your AI runs on OpenAI's servers, you're a tenant. When it runs on Claude's API, you're subject to Anthropic's policy changes. When it runs on your hardware, with your model weights, with your data — you're sovereign.

Sovereignty isn't ideology. It's risk management. The only AI you can trust is the AI you control.
